We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we gladly accept most returns by mail within 7 days of purchase. See below for exceptions.

We do not accept lingerie or under garment returns

Shoes from our Hagerstown Location are not returnable unless they are sold by Peeaach Boutique. Sticker will be on box or under shoe.

Open cosmetic or fragrance products are non-refundable
Returned items must be in original, saleable condition with original tags. Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.
We apologize if your item arrived damaged, broken, or defective. We want you to love your purchase and will work with you to replace the item(s) if available or provide a return for a full refund if your item(s) are damaged, broken, or defective upon arrival.

How do I return merchandise?
Return by mail only :

First step is to fill out the Return Form to let us know your unhappy with your purchases. Items purchased online or in stores must be returned by mail and a new order for the item can be made online. Merchandise must be returned with receipt to:

No receipt? We can use the credit card you used to make your purchase, your return label, packing slip, order or shipping confirmation email, or registry number to look up your information for you.
How long does it take for my store refund to be credited?
Once we receive your mailed return in store, we’ll process your credit within 10 business days of receiving your return. If you’ve provided us with an email address, we’ll email you once your return has been received and your credit has been processed.
Note: Your credited refund may take a few days to reflect on your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.
If you paid with cash, you’ll receive your refund via credit card.
